IVCi is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) with a strong background in AV sales and enterprise accounts. The role emphasizes customer relationships, strategic prospecting, and cross-functional collaboration to expand IVCi's portfolio.

The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to develop long-term relationships with senior executives and to manage end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals and POCs. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV sales experience and a track record of enterprise deals.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies and articulate complex solutions to executives.

Responsabilités

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales bookings targets.
• Generate leads through proactive prospecting and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
• Promote IVCi products and services, including Managed Video Experience (MVE).
• Review inactive accounts to upsell services; pursue transactional opportunities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Sales Management.
