AgileEngine is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Development Manager to drive new client relationships and expand revenue across US engagements. You will own the full lifecycle—from lead generation and pitching to contract drafting and delivery handoff—with travel to US events and client sessions.

The role requires 3+ years in consulting or sales, excellent English, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to meet revenue quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in consulting, product, project management, sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities.
• Proven track record of managing a monthly/yearly revenue quota.
• Authorized to travel to the US (visa/ESTA).

• Prospect and generate leads for new clients.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from pitch to contract drafting.

• Build and maintain relationships within designated territories.
