24 Hours Group is seeking an Office-based Call Center Agent in Santa Fe, Argentina. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound calls related to towing and roadside assistance services. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have strong communication skills.

Prior experience in customer service is preferred, and agents must be available for full-time shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time. This position offers a dynamic environment within a 24/7 call center.

Formación

• Must be available to work full-time on a Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
• Prior experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
• Experience in towing services or related industries is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.

Conocimientos

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable using computers and CRM software

Proficient in Google Maps

Ability to think quickly

Multi-tasking

Educación

Senior high school graduate or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
