24hours Group in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks a Call Center Agent to handle inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance. You will assess situations, gather details, coordinate with dispatch, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. On-site work with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, 24/7 coverage.

Formación

• Senior high school or equivalent; degree is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and call center applications.
• Proficient in Google Maps for locating customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance.
• Assess customer issues, gather details, and coordinate with dispatch.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and arrival times.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed service requests and document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain CRM/dispatch records.
• Meet KPIs for call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
