24 Hours Group in Buenos Aires is seeking a Call Center Agent to manage inbound calls related to towing and roadside assistance. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in both English and Spanish and possess excellent customer service skills, aiming to provide timely and accurate support to our clients.

As part of a dedicated team, you'll navigate a fast-paced environment, coordinating with dispatch and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is full-time on a Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule, with the call center operating 24/7.

Formación

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding services and procedures.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM.
