24hours Group in Cordoba, Argentina is seeking a Call Center Agent to handle inbound towing and roadside assistance inquiries from a bustling office.

You will assess situations, collect details, and coordinate with dispatch to provide accurate information and prompt service. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and experience in customer service; on-site with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required, spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software and call-center tools.
• Able to operate computers and standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance.
• Assess customer needs and document vehicle details and service requests.
• Coordinate with dispatch to assign and track jobs.
• Provide clear information on services, pricing, and ETA.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM/dispatch system.
• Meet KPIs for call quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of services and procedures.
• Work full-time on-site and adapt to rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
