24 Hours Group, located in San Miguel de Tucumán, seeks a Call Center Agent responsible for handling inbound calls requesting towing and roadside assistance. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish and have strong communication skills.

The role requires logging service requests in the CRM and coordinating with dispatch for efficient service delivery. Applicants should be comfortable working full-time on a Pacific Standard Time schedule, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to towing and roadside assistance.
• Collect accurate service information and coordinate with dispatch.
• Document customer interactions in the company's CRM or dispatch system.
