Halter is seeking a results-driven Sales & Customer Success professional to build partnerships across the beef industry in Argentina. You will source leads, close deals, and drive post-sale value with customers, while expanding Halter's footprint in Mar y Sierras and the wider region.

Frequent travel is expected as you manage a territory, onboard new customers, collaborate with Support and Product teams, and turn feedback into product improvements.

Formación

• Experience in value-based sales and post-sale value building.
• Passion for beef operations or willingness to learn deeply about the industry.
• Proven ability to build and close opportunities with strategic partners.

Responsabilidades

• prospect and expand: source new leads and opportunities and manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating contracts with customers.
• manage customer accounts post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful onboarding.
• own territory: build relationships with regional agricultural groups and beef industry stakeholders.
• collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D teams to address feedback and drive improvements.
• travel frequently within your territory to engage customers and prospects.
