Halter seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth in Argentina, acting as the on-ground Halter representative across the Sur region. You will execute sales strategies, build deep customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while expanding Halter’s footprint in ranching communities.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to ensure Halter’s technology meets farming needs, traveling frequently to engage with customers and prospects across Bahia Blanca,

Qualifications

• Sales & Customer Success Expertise: Value-based sales experience, with a strong history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Beef industry knowledge or passion for learning about beef operations and ranching.
• Attitude: Proactive, energetic, and results-driven.
• Territory Management: Capable of overseeing a large region with a balance of sales and customer success.
• Problem Solving & Collaboration: Resourceful and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and expansion to source new leads and opportunities; manage pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating contracts.
• Customer account management to ensure ongoing satisfaction and onboarding.
• Territory ownership with regional partnerships and relationships.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D to share field insights.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate needs to improve Halter’s solutions.
