Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Argentina to drive growth, develop customer relationships, and ensure successful deployment of our cattle management technology. You will work with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to expand Halter’s footprint across the Centro region and beyond.

You will lead prospecting, qualify opportunities, and close deals while managing post-sales relationships and onboarding.

Qualifications

Value-based sales experience with a history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
Beef operations knowledge or willingness to learn deeply about cattle operations.
Proactive, energetic attitude and strong team player with authentic energy.
Ability to manage a large territory with balanced focus on sales and customer success.
Resourceful problem solver who collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel frequently within your territory.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Expansion: source leads and opportunities, manage full pipeline from generation to close.
Hitting Sales Targets: screen, qualify, demonstrate, and negotiate contracts to achieve growth.
Customer Account Management: maintain relationships post-sale and support onboarding and deployment.
Territory Ownership: take ownership of the region, build relationships with agricultural groups.
Customer Onboarding: lead end-to-end onboarding and ensure smooth deployment of Halter’s product.
Field Learnings & Feedback: capture field insights and share with Support, Product, and R&D.
Collaborating with Support Teams: work with Support to resolve issues and sustain customer success.
