Halter is seeking a hungry and driven sales leader to grow Halter’s presence in the Sudoeste region of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You’ll be out in the field, meeting farmers, championing Halter, and converting them into customers while owning the end-to-end sales process.

You’ll set quotas, mentor Territory Managers, and drive growth through proactive outreach, demonstrations and negotiations. A strong background in beef farming and value-based selling is essential for success.

Formación

• Five+ years of end-to-end sales experience in a relevant sector.
• Proven track record of sourcing new prospects and closing deals.
• Strong value-based selling and high-volume sales results.
• Solid communication skills to present Halter’s value proposition.
• Experience in beef farming or agriculture is a must-have.
• Results-driven with excellent time management.
• Spanish fluency with professional working English.

Responsabilidades

• Set and manage quotas, commissions and other sales tasks for the team.
• Coach and mentor junior sales staff to reach targets.
• Source new leads via proactive outreach, referrals and events.
• Meet targets by managing pipeline to close, including demonstrations and contracts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for post-sales handoff and renewals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers during deployment wait times.
