Job summary

Halter seeks a driven Territory Manager in Argentina to grow the business and ensure customer success across the beef sector. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and act as Halter’s on-the-ground representative in your designated territory.

You will travel within your region, partner with Product, Support and regional sales teams, and help Halter scale by delivering value and insights from the field to drive product improvements and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated value-based sales experience and ability to drive opportunities.
• Passion for beef operations and industry learning.
• Proactive, resilient, and driven to outperform targets.
• Ability to manage a large territory with sales and CS balance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand by sourcing leads and engaging customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through product demos and negotiations.
• Maintain ongoing relationships post-sale and ensure customer success.
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and R&D to relay field insights.
• Partner with regional teams to deepen beef-industry relationships.
• Travel frequently to engage with customers and prospects.
