Halter is seeking the first Territory Manager in Argentina to drive growth and ensure customer success across the designated region. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and meet ambitious targets while representing Halter on the ground.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to share field insights, travel frequently across the Noroeste region of Buenos Aires, and help Halter scale its mission of transforming livestock management.

Qualificações

• Sales and customer success experience with opportunity creation and upselling.
• Beef industry familiarity or strong willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, high energy, and resilient under pressure.
• Ability to manage a large territory with sales and customer success balance.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and expand by sourcing leads and managing full pipeline.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating product, and negotiating.
• Account management and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, R&D).
• Gather field feedback to drive product improvements.
