Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for Argentina, focused on growing a new regional market. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground across the Centro region.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to ensure Halter’s technology meets customer needs and delivers value. This is a hands-on role with travel across assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with opportunity creation and upselling to grow partnerships.
• Familiarity with beef operations or a strong willingness to learn about the industry.
• Energetic, accountable and driven to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & expansion: source leads, manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating the product, and negotiating contracts.
• Customer account management: maintain relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Territory ownership: drive growth across the Buenos Aires Centro region with field presence.
• Customer onboarding: facilitate onboarding and deployment of Halter’s solutions.
• Field learnings & feedback: share insights with Support, Product, and R&D teams.
• Collaborate with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
