Job summary

Halter seeks a Territory Manager in Argentina to drive growth and ensure customer success within your designated area. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with beef industry customers, and meet ambitious growth targets as Halter’s on‑the‑ground representative.

You will collaborate with Product, Support and regional teams, travel frequently, and contribute to expanding Halter’s footprint across the Noroeste region of Buenos Aires.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience and strong history of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience or strong interest in beef industry operations and ranching environments.
• Proactive, competitive mindset with ownership of results and energy for field work.

Responsibilities

• Source and expand new leads, manage full sales pipeline from outreach to close.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and demonstrate Halter’s product value to customers.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships post-sale and support onboarding and deployment.
• Own your territory and build deep relationships with agricultural groups to grow the beef customer base.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and R&D to relay field insights and drive product improvements.
• Travel frequently within your territory to meet customers and prospects.
