Job summary

Halter is hiring Argentina’s first Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the northwest Buenos Aires region. You will lead value-based sales, build long-term customer relationships and travel frequently to farms and ranches.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support and regional teams to align Halter’s technology with customers’ needs, expand the footprint, and ensure exceptional outcomes for cattle operations.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with history of creating opportunities, closing deals and building lasting relationships.
• Beef operations knowledge or willingness to learn deeply about farm processes.
• Front-of-jersey attitude, thrives under pressure and owns results.
• Ability to manage a large sales territory with balance of sales and customer success.
• Resourceful, collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion: source new leads and opportunities and manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting sales targets: qualify, demonstrate, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Customer account management: maintain relationships, ensure ongoing satisfaction and smooth handoff to onboarding.
• Territory ownership: develop deep relationships with regional agricultural groups.
• Customer onboarding: assist in end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Field learnings and feedback: gather customer feedback and share insights with Support, Product and R&D.
• Collaborating with Support teams: work with Support to resolve issues quickly and keep customers supported.
