D.C.-Global-Talent-Inc. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator for a regulated DTC consumer brand based in Austin, TX, with remote options and 9-5 CT overlap.

The role focuses on building growth channels across search, owned email/SMS, retention, referrals, and partnerships, using AI and automation to connect systems and scale outreach. You will work directly with the founders, own the marketing stack, and drive ownership and visibility across initiatives, from field partnerships to content

Qualifications

• Must-have: Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tool) to build something in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing with data-driven mindset and ability to pull insights.
• Experience running cold email outreach using a tool like Apollo plus an email sequencing tool.
• Fluent with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus and learnable with help.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or ability to direct AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity connecting tools via APIs.
• Clear, simple writing and strong marketing eye.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, craft emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention and referral programs, and search/content initiatives.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, aligned with brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from company data and flag anomalies.
