The role emphasizes governance of AI playbooks, responsible AI practices, and strong technical writing to ensure fast first-contact resolution and scalable enablement across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment across teams to achieve shared goals.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompts with versioning.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data handling, and privacy practices.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and taxonomy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for support readiness of AI tools.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track adoption and value metrics by persona, region, and business line.
• Identify barriers and opportunities; propose new playbooks, training, or product feedback.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
