Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen support readiness by building knowledge bases and targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. You will measure impact through adoption metrics, analyze trends, and provide dashboards with clear recommendations.

The role requires crafting reusable AI playbooks, maintaining change notes, and ensuring responsible AI practices while collaborating across a matrixed organization to drive measurable improvements in first-contact

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment guiding cross‑team priorities.
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns with version control.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy and data handling, embedding guardrails.
• Strong technical writing for knowledge base content and taxonomy alignment.
• Proven ability to track adoption metrics and segment insights by persona/region.
• Experience delivering dashboards/readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with versioning.
• Create knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths).
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce resolution times.
• Track and report adoption/value metrics with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and recommend targeted actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting metrics to outcomes and risks.
