Job summary

WSP in Chile seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen service desk readiness by building knowledge content and enabling teams for AI tools deployment. You will maintain playbooks and knowledge bases to keep support teams prepared and reduce time to resolution.

You will analyze trends, track adoption metrics, and produce leadership readouts that connect outcomes to risks and recommended actions. Collaboration across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices and embedding guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths).
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) across personas and regions.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend updated playbooks and training.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts that connect metrics to outcomes and risks.
