Job summary

WSP seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build and govern knowledge base content, craft prompts, and maintain playbooks to support AI tools for the Service Desk and OSS.

You will drive enablement by conducting walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings while tracking adoption metrics and producing dashboards that connect usage to outcomes across CHL-SANTIAGO, AR-Mendoza, and other regional offices.

Qualifications

• Experience creating knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues).
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts (version control, change notes, deprecation).
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for the Service Desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Track and report adoption and value metrics by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers; recommend actions like new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking adoption to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
