Job summary

WSP seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to support the Service Desk and OSS by building knowledge bases, playbooks, and enablement programs for AI tools. You will track adoption metrics, produce dashboards, and deliver targeted guidance to reduce time-to-resolution.

You will maintain governance of content, analyze trends, and partner with global teams to drive continuous improvement in AI enablement and reliable service delivery for stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment and aligning priorities across teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns, including version control and retirement of outdated content.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices (privacy, confidentiality, data handling).
• Strong technical writing skills with knowledge-base content creation and taxonomy application.
• Proven ability to enable support teams with focus on improving first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for Service Desk and OSS readiness for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams through walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend updates to playbooks, training, or product feedback.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts that connect adoption metrics to outcomes and risks.
