Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build knowledge base content and targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS in Latin America. The role supports awareness, readiness, and adoption of AI tools across teams.

You will track adoption metrics, produce dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers and deliver actionable recommendations that improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns with version control and change notes.
• Strong written communication for knowledge base content and documentation standards.
• Proven ability to enable support teams and improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Experience tracking adoption and value metrics and segmenting insights by persona, region, and business line.
• Ability to produce dashboards/readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths).
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved).
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and recommend actions (new playbooks, training updates, feedback).
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting adoption metrics to outcomes and risks.
