Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build knowledge base content and deliver targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS, improving first-contact resolution. You will track adoption and value metrics, analyze trends, and produce dashboards and leadership readouts that connect outcomes to risks and actionable next steps.

This role supports multiple regions including CHL-SANTIAGO and AR-Mendoza.

Qualifications

• Experience in a matrixed environment and cross-team alignment.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy and data handling.
• Strong technical writing for knowledge bases and content standards.
• Proven ability to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Experience tracking adoption metrics and segmenting by persona/region.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts with actionable recommendations.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts (version control, change notes, deprecation of outdated patterns).
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for Service Desk and OSS.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Track and report adoption/value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) with segmentation by persona/region.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend actions such as new playbooks or product feedback.
• Produce dashboards and monthly/quarterly leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
