WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build and maintain knowledge content, enable Service Desk and OSS teams, and deliver leadership-readout dashboards. The role emphasizes governance, scalable playbooks, and responsible AI practices across regions and business lines.

You will create and sustain AI playbooks, deliver targeted enablement, and track adoption metrics to drive improved first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.

Formación

• Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices and embedding guardrails.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and taxonomy.
• Proven ability to enable support teams with focus on FCR and TTR.
• Strong analytical skills tracking adoption and value metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts (version control, change notes, and deprecation of outdated patterns).
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to reduce resolution times.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) by persona/region/business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend targeted actions (new playbooks, training updates, product feedback).
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
