Job summary

WSP seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to support readiness by creating knowledge base content and enabling the Service Desk and OSS for AI tools. You will track adoption, analyze trends, and deliver dashboards with actionable recommendations.

In a matrixed environment, you will develop reusable AI playbooks, ensure privacy and data handling standards, and enable support teams to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a matrixed environment to align cross-team priorities.
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control and retirement of outdated content.
• Strong knowledge of responsible AI, privacy and data handling, with guardrails in enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for service desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities; suggest updates to playbooks or training.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking adoption metrics to outcomes and risks.
