Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to enhance support readiness for the Service Desk and OSS. You will build knowledge bases, maintain playbooks, and deliver targeted enablement to shorten resolution times and improve first-contact support.

You will track adoption metrics, analyze trends, and present dashboards with actionable recommendations. The role involves collaborating across teams and driving AI content accuracy and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience creating knowledge base content and playbooks (including version control and deprecation).
• Strong technical writing with clear taxonomy and searchability.
• Ability to track adoption metrics (usage, retention, time saved) and segment by persona/region.
• Experience enabling support teams with walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and data handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for Service Desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce resolution time.
• Track, segment, and report adoption and value metrics.
• Identify adoption barriers and propose updates to playbooks and training.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes.
