WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build and maintain knowledge content for the Service Desk and OSS, ensuring readiness for AI tools and products. The role focuses on enablement, adoption tracking, and data-driven recommendations to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.

You will create playbooks, dashboards, and leadership readouts, partnering across teams to drive continuous improvement and responsible AI practices.

Formación

• Experience working in a matrixed environment to align priorities.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain AI playbooks and prompts.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and data handling practices.
• Strong technical writing and knowledge base skills.
• Ability to create dashboards and leadership readouts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts with versioning.
• Create knowledge base articles for service desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to improve resolution times.
• Track adoption and value metrics with segmentation by persona and region.
• Analyze trends, identify barriers, and propose actionable improvements.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes.
