Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build and govern knowledge content and enablement for the Service Desk and OSS, improving first-contact resolution and tracking adoption metrics. You will create dashboards and leadership readouts with actionable recommendations.

You will work in a matrixed environment across regions, developing reusable AI playbooks and ensuring responsible AI practices, with strong technical writing to keep information easy to find.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-team alignment.
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns with version control.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, and data handling best practices; embed guardrails in enablement.
• Strong technical writing skills and producing knowledge base content with clear taxonomy.
• Ability to enable support teams to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Experience tracking adoption and value metrics and segmenting insights by persona/region/business line.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive improvements via updated playbooks and targeted enablement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for service desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce resolution times.
• Track and report adoption/value metrics by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting metrics to outcomes and risks.
