Job summary

WSP seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build knowledge base content and deliver targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS, improving first-contact resolution.

You will track adoption metrics, analyze trends, and produce dashboards and leadership readouts to connect usage to outcomes and risks. This role supports multiple LatAm locations, requiring strong technical writing and a practical approach to playbook workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts, with version control and retirement of outdated content.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and clear taxonomies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for support readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities; recommend targeted actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
