Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to support readiness by building knowledge base content and targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS to improve first-contact resolution.

The role tracks adoption metrics, analyzes trends to remove barriers, and produces dashboards with clear recommendations for leadership. You will maintain playbooks and governance, deliver enablement through walkthroughs, and segment insights by persona, region, and business line to inform actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a matrixed environment coordinating priorities across teams.
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns with version control.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy and data handling with guardrails.
• Strong technical writing for knowledge base content and taxonomy.
• Proven ability to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Experience tracking adoption and value metrics and segmenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version history.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues) for Service Desk and OSS.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Track and report adoption metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved).
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
