You will engage top talent, shape the recruitment stack, and own the candidate journey from discovery to close while working closely with leadership in a remote, globally distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Perfectly fluent English with strong communication.
• Goal-oriented with ownership and execution.
• Open to feedback in a high-trust setting.
• Comfortable hiring for uncensored NSFW content products.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top tech talent worldwide, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews for technical aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding for AI talent.
