Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to enhance service desk readiness by creating knowledge base content and delivering targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. The role measures adoption and communicates impact through dashboards and leadership readouts.

You will maintain playbooks, produce troubleshooting articles, and track metrics by region and business line, driving improvements across teams and product feedback with a focus on first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience creating knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues).
• Strong technical writing with clear, actionable documentation.
• Ability to track adoption and value metrics and report insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Track and report adoption metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration).
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities; propose actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
