WSP seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to empower the Service Desk and OSS with governed AI playbooks, knowledge bases, and targeted enablement. You will track adoption, analyze trends, and provide actionable product feedback to improve first-contact resolution and value delivery.

The role emphasizes strong technical writing, cross-team collaboration, and the creation of dashboards that connect usage to outcomes and risks, across multiple regions and business lines.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-team alignment.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompts.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data handling, privacy, and verification guardrails.
• Strong technical writing for knowledge base content and standardized taxonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Create knowledge base articles for how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, and escalation paths.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track adoption and value metrics by persona, region and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and suggest targeted actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
