WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to support the Service Desk and OSS by building knowledge content and enablement programs. You will track adoption metrics, identify barriers, and provide actionable recommendations to improve first-contact resolution.

In this role, you will maintain a governed library of playbooks and prompts, deliver targeted enablement through walkthroughs and briefings, and produce leadership dashboards that connect usage to business outcomes.

Formación

• Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-team alignment.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompts.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data handling, and privacy practices.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content.
• Ability to track adoption, usage, retention, and time saved metrics.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts with clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts with versioning.
• Create knowledge base articles for AI tools and escalation paths.
• Deliver enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption metrics segmented by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and recommend improvements.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
