Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build and govern scalable knowledge resources and enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. You will develop and maintain AI playbooks and prompts, ensuring governance and safe-use practices.

You will also deliver targeted enablement, track adoption metrics, and generate dashboards that tie usage to business outcomes. This role supports global teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment and aligning priorities.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns, incl. version control.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices with governance.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and taxonomy.
• Proven ability to enable support teams to improve first-contact resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with adoption/value metrics tracking and segmentation.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts (version control, change notes, deprecation).
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths).
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Track and report adoption/value metrics with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend actions like new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting adoption metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
