Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build knowledge bases, deliver targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS, and measure adoption of AI tools across regions. You will maintain governed playbooks, create knowledge articles, deliver walkthroughs, and track usage and value with leadership readouts.

Qualifications

• Experience creating knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues).
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and data privacy considerations.
• Strong technical writing and applying content standards/taxonomy.
• Ability to enable support teams and improve first-contact resolution.
• Experience tracking adoption and value metrics and segmenting insights.
• Ability to produce dashboards and leadership readouts with recommendations.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support AI tools.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track adoption metrics and report usage, retention, and value.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities and propose actions.
• Produce monthly/quarterly leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes.
