Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen service desk readiness by building knowledge bases and targeted enablement for AI tools. You will create and maintain how-to articles, playbooks, and release briefs to keep teams prepared for AI tool adoption.

You will track usage and value metrics, deliver leadership readouts, and provide product feedback to drive improvements across regions and business lines.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompts.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for Service Desk and OSS support tools.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support.
• Track and report adoption/value metrics with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; propose targeted actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes, risks and next steps.
