Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build and maintain knowledge resources, enable support teams, and measure adoption of AI tools. You will create governance around playbooks, deliver targeted enablement activities, and track value metrics across regions and business lines.

You will develop and maintain knowledge bases, ensure quality content, and provide leadership with dashboards and recommendations to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in a matrixed environment coordinating across multiple teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns, including version control and retirement of content.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI, privacy and data handling, and embedding guardrails in enablement materials.
• Strong technical writing skills with knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues) and clear taxonomy.
• Proven ability to enable support teams with improved first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with tracking adoption/value metrics and segmentation by persona/region/business line.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and targeted feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with versioning and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to cut time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption/value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers; recommend actions like new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce monthly/quarterly leadership readouts tying adoption metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
