WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen Service Desk readiness by building a governed knowledge base, playbooks, and targeted enablement for AI tools and products. You will deliver dashboards and leadership readouts, track adoption, and present clear recommendations to reduce time-to-resolution.

The role requires translating complex analytics into actionable improvements, maintaining versioned content, and embedding responsible AI practices into enablement materials

Qualifications

• Experience creating knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues).
• Ability to produce dashboards and leadership readouts with clear recommendations.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data handling and privacy considerations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain governed, searchable playbooks with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for Service Desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement to support teams to reduce resolution times.
• Track adoption and value metrics with segmentation by persona/region/business line.
• Analyze trends, identify barriers, and propose improvements like new playbooks or training.
• Produce monthly/quarterly leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
