Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen service desk readiness and enable AI tool adoption. You will build a governed library of playbooks and prompts, develop how-to and troubleshooting knowledge base content, and deliver targeted enablement to reduce time-to-resolution while improving first-contact support.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and align priorities across teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining AI playbooks and prompts, with version control and retirement of content.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, data handling, and embedding guardrails in enablement materials.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and applying content standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for service desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support.
• Track adoption and value metrics and report by persona, region, and business line.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and feedback.
