WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen support readiness by building a governable library of AI playbooks and knowledge base content. You will enable service desk and OSS teams with targeted walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings to cut time-to-resolution and boost first-contact resolution.

You will track adoption and value metrics, analyze trends by persona/region, and produce dashboards and leadership readouts that tie usage to outcomes and risk, while

Competenze

• Experience in a matrixed environment coordinating priorities across teams.
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control and retirement of outdated content.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices (privacy, confidentiality, data handling).
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content with taxonomy and standards.
• Proven ability to enable support teams to improve first-contact resolution.
• Strong analytical skills tracking adoption metrics and segmenting insights by persona/region/business line.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and product feedback.

Mansioni

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) for AI tools.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) by persona/region/business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities; recommend actions like new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting adoption metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
