Job summary

Swell is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator for a regulated DTC consumer brand. Based in Austin, TX or remote with 9-5 CT overlap, you’ll build outbound campaigns and wire together search, email, retention, referral programs, and partnerships with the two founders.

You’ll use Claude Code to automate tasks, create AI-assisted visuals, and own email/SMS, subscription retention, and search/content initiatives, while keeping campaigns within brand and regulatory boundaries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Claude Code experience used in production.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach.
• SQL is a plus; able to learn.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with connecting tools via APIs.
• Clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build outreach to retailers and partners.
• Support field team with lists and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referrals, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools.
• Automate recurring tasks.
