We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Senior Motion Designer who is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality, engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics for various digital platforms, including advertising, social media, web, and internal communications. This role requires an expert level of technical skill, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to own projects from brief to final delivery. The Senior Motion Designer guides the creative vision for animated content, ensures brand consistency, and acts as a mentor to junior designers, driving innovation and raising the bar for motion design quality across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the Motion Design Process: Take ownership of motion projects, from interpreting creative briefs and outlining the initial vision to managing final renders and delivery.
• Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Lead ideation sessions, develop creative treatments, and produce detailed storyboards and animatics that clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders and the production team.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity in motion, ensuring brand guidelines and visual consistency are strictly followed across all animated outputs.
• Innovation & Trends: Actively research and stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and emerging technologies (e.g., 3D/AR/VR) to champion innovative techniques within the studio.

Design & Execution

• High-Quality Production: Design and produce best-in-class 2D and 3D animations, animated graphics, titles, explainers, kinetic typography, visual effects, and short-form videos.
• Technical Mastery: Utilize expert proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
