We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Officer for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.

Responsibility-
  • Source a high volume of CVs across diverse roles and industries.
  • Manage challenging recruitment requirements and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Successfully close positions within one month, regardless of complexity.
  • Utilize all major recruitment platforms and leverage AI-driven tools for efficient sourcing.
  • Prepare and submit accurate recruitment reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Think creatively and “outside the box” to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.
Skills-
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, and AI-based sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
