Job summary
A leading telemarketing firm in Sharjah is seeking a Manager to oversee and lead a team of telemarketers. The successful candidate will monitor performance, conduct training, and ensure compliance with best practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on motivating the team to achieve goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape the team and drive performance in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in telemarketing.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review calls to ensure quality service.
- Measure team performance and communicate goals.
- Hire, train, and oversee telemarketing staff.
Skills
Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices. Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Hires and trains telemarketers.
- Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
