Job summary

A leading real estate firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to lead the listing team and ensure targets are met. You will manage agent performance, collaborate with leasing and sales agents, and handle property information across various platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi, strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, and relevant educational qualifications. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven experience in leading listing teams and managing performance.
  • Strong knowledge of property platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the listing team and manage agent performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with leasing and sales agents to ensure listings meet client expectations.
  • Support the preparation of leasing offer letters, MOUs, and essential documentation.
