Territory Customer Executive
Job summary
A leading food and beverage manufacturer in Dubai is seeking a Territory Customer Executive to achieve sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the food industry, and possess strong relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic proficiency is a plus. An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.
To Deliver Food Service Sales Objectives by building business relationships with customers, achieving targets in designated territory, maintaining business development with FS customers and creating growth.
- Achieve targeted revenue, volume, and margin goals across all assigned customers.
- Comply with the daily customer visit targets set by the line manager.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular and timely visits.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection from credited and TC customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory, including follow-up to ensure activation.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and calls, escalating complex issues to the line manager when necessary.
- Ensure all served customers remain active and consistently generate sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales preferred in the food industry
- Valid driving license
- English Fluency
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus
