Job summary
A prominent hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a skilled culinary supervisor to assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, setting culinary standards, and training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have eight to ten years of cooking experience and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time role with no remote work options. Competitive salary offered based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and another language preferred.
- Good leadership training and motivation skills are essential.
- Experience in cooking and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine with standards and operations.
- Supervise kitchen colleagues and ensure culinary standards.
- Monitor and analyze menus for competitive operations.
