The ideal candidate has experience in managing MEP projects and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors effectively.

Responsabilités
- Coordinate MEP project schedules, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure MEP systems are designed and installed according to specifications.
- Communicate with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
1. Project Planning: Coordinating MEP project schedules, timelines, and resources.
2. Design and Installation: Ensuring MEP systems are designed and installed according to project specifications and regulations.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Working with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Progress Tracking: Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
5. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
6. Quality Control: Ensuring MEP systems meet quality standards and regulations.
7. Problem-Solving: Resolving MEP-related issues and conflicts.
8. Client Management: Communicating with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Additional Tasks
1. Conducting site visits and inspections.
2. Reviewing and approving MEP designs and submittals.
3. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Managing project budget and resources.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
